After reading so many spritual books and teachings of great teachers , I have found the mantra for happiness that we can live our life without any sorrow or worries.

just remember the things that:-


  1. you are unique there is no one likes you.
  2. As you think so you become

see your thoughts , they become your feelings and belifs, and then they become your actions .

so control your thoughts if they are right then your actions are right and if your thoughts are dirty your actions become dirty.

Hi friends , i just telling you about an illness which we all have but we not try to get rid off it and this is the slavery of heart , we all are not bad not dull but our strong urge of not working any thinhg created by mind makes us bad and poor.
                                     Their is only one solution to this type of illness that we should be determined to our work and shoul follow rules made by our mind for the sake of ourself .



So donot waste your time, it is not recyclable it it is exhausted ones it never came back..........................

Eye care

Hello friends i have an important message to share all of you that in student life we generally attacked by myopia so we can not see far from us or we need to wear spectacles so it degrades our personality so please take care of your eyes .
                                                                      If you an eye Problem please do yoga for your eyes i am also the victim of myopia but by doimg simple exercises i manage to rebuild my vision by 1 number . It is so easy just rinse your eyes with cold water at early in the morning and drink a lot of water , you will soon find it better .
